Eifel Oil-Free Liquid Ring Vacuum Singlestage Pump for Humid Gas Handling
With near-isothermal, oil-free operation, this pump safely handles gases, vapors, and trace liquids without contamination. It runs quietly with low vibration, requires minimal upkeep, and delivers reliable, trouble-free performance. Built with non-contacting rotating parts, built-in cavitation resistance, and flexible material options for extended service life.
Pressure Range
33~1013mbar
Suction Volume
24~470m3/h
Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Note
- The pump needs a steady feed of service liquid (usually water) during operation to remove compression heat and keep the liquid ring stable, since some liquid leaves with the gas. To minimize waste, this liquid can be captured by a separator (see last page) and returned to the pump for reuse.
- If the service liquid becomes contaminated, the pump includes a drain port that enables continuous discharge of dirty fluid while running—keeping the system clean and trouble-free.
- From the motor side looking at the pump, the shaft rotates clockwise. Please ensure correct rotation direction during setup.
Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Application
Handling and exhausting of dry and humid gases; entrained liquid can be handled during normal duty. The pumps are applied in all fields where a pressure of 33 to 900 mbar must be generated.
